MSP multi-tenant

One installation, many customers

Each customer gets their own sites, collectors, devices, alerts, people and reports, completely separate from the others. Your team sees every customer on one page, with devices, problems, open alerts and collectors, and switches between them in one click. Download usage per customer as CSV for billing.

Give a customer's own staff a sign-in and they see only their company.

Master collectors

Customer collectors don't need to reach your Uplivra server directly. They connect over HTTPS, with TLS 1.3 and post-quantum key exchange, to one of your master collectors, which relay to the server. Collectors trust your master by its certificate fingerprint or through your public or internal certificate authority, and fail over to a second master automatically.

Router mode

Customers' networks often overlap: everyone uses 192.168.1.0/24. Router mode solves that on your master collector, using proven Linux networking software (FRRouting, nftables, strongSwan, keepalived and conntrackd), configured for you by Uplivra:

• A VRF per customer, a separate routing table, reached over an interface, VLAN or tunnel you choose.
• NAT to an external network the customer defines. Your monitoring traffic appears to come from addresses that are unique on their side, and you advertise that network to them by BGP, or they add a static route.
• Static routes, BGP and MP-BGP with route maps and prefix lists, and route leaking between VRFs where you need it.
• Stateful firewall per customer, and session sync between a pair of routers so a failover doesn't drop connections.
• GRE tunnels protected by IPsec with the strongest suites: AES-256-GCM with ECP-384 by default, or a hybrid post-quantum suite with ML-KEM-768.
• Jumbo frames on any interface where your network supports them.

Every change is checked by the routing and firewall software before it's applied. If the router can't reach Uplivra for 3 minutes after a change, it puts the previous configuration back by itself.

Pricing

$49 a month plus $5 per customer (proposed introductory price), plus the Core and modules each customer uses. MSPs and resellers also get 10–20% off modules through the partner program.
